"I’ve been asking for filing papers the whole year haven’t gotten not one answer back that is so unprofessional and they send my wife two different people paperwork this year so sloppy I text and still can’t get an answer from Yvonne I won’t be going there this year if they can’t make money off you then it’s a problem. I won’t recommend No one to them"

"Very unhappy and disappointed with this tax office. The tax preparer I worked with incorrectly amended my taxes and made major mistakes. I was charged a bit over 1,100 dollars to amend my 2020 , 2021 and file for last year 2022. It’s been over 6 months and I haven’t received anything but an audit and letters from the IRS stating that corrections was made due to several discrepancies in my amendments. When I call the office the receptionist Sunny was very rude and snarky with me. When I brought this to the owner’s attention she honestly laughed a bit. The owner Yvonne and the tax preparer are refusing to take accountability for their mistakes and claims the IRS processed my returns out of order. Nevertheless, both of these women are too proud and arrogant to reimburse me for their errors. It would be absolutely asinine of me to work this office again or let them correct anything if they didn’t catch all their errors , mistakes, lack of documentation and missed signatures the first time."
