"We had provided all the documents and just asked her for a quote. Instead of providing us with a quote she kept asking all tax related questions and it looked like she wanted to file it till the last step before she gave us any quote. Highly unprofessional people who dont know what they are doing. I wont recommend this place to anyone. Please dont waste your time and money and use turbotax or some other business to file your taxes This place and the people working there are huge waste of time. After several calls and emails they don't even bother to response. How can you run a business and not cater to the customers."

She had my documents for over 2 months and failed to complete any returns. This is such an unprofessionally ran business...DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!"
