"We have used taxes for tips a few times and haven’t had a problem until this year! Our return was apparently sent back to them from our bank because the check had the wrong account number. I called and they told me they would send us a paper check, okay cool no big deal. Well over 2 weeks later we still haven’t received a check that she claimed she was sending via express mail. She was supposed to be sending us a tracking number and we never reciprocate that either. We have called and emailed several times with zero response!we definitely won’t be using this place EVER AGAIN! Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place."

"Beware military!! We reached out to Catherine (who also left a five star review here for herself) to help us out with our 2018 taxes! We live in another state, own a rental house in Texas, like a lot of military families. Since my husbands home of record is a different state from where I work and we live currently, our taxes became a little more than I could handle. So I enlisted the help of what I thought to be knowledgeable professionals. They had little contact with me during the process and I had to contact them to get the status of my return, which they already filed. I made the mistake of paying them $300 before I reviewed everything (she asked on the phone how I would like to pay after telling me my full return before they sent the actual return to me through email). Then come to find out they filed in the state we live and I work incorrectly (they filed me married/joint in a state my husband does not pay taxes in). Me not being a tax professional knows that's not right. So why would they file us wrong? They obviously do not know how to handle military families taxes. Our situation is not that uncommon being a military family. If they made that simple mistake, what other mistakes are they making? I got a letter from the state we filed incorrectly and sent Catherine an email for help or feedback on what we should do. I never received a response. This year working with someone else has been night an day!"

"We have had great results with them. We have been going with them for 3 years now. They will find almost any possible deduction so we didnt have to pay much to the IRS. I highly recommend them. Especially if you're military, they have a whole separate deductions you can use. They are friendly and they try accommodate as much as possible with busy schedules."

"This is my 3rd year in a row I've used Taxes 4 Tips and there's a reason and regardless of having to wait weeks this year I'll continue to use them. I think they have grown so fast that they are having a hard time keeping up, simple as that. When you have a service that works great and by word of mouth business begins to boom it is hard to keep up. The bottom line is my taxes are done weeks before they are due, that's all I care about.
