"This place is horrible they have rude staff at don't know what the hell they are doing my refund shows that it has been deposited to their bank on 3/8 its now 3/14 i been calling the office no one can give me information first they said'oh your check hasn't cleared from the irs bullshit i been calling everyday and now want to say we dnt even have a check for you they are horrible my dad was waiting as well for direct deposit next thing you know a check directly from irs comes to my neighbors house they screwed up the address and the way he wanted his check send PLEASE IF YOU NEED YOUR MONEY DNT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! 3/14 after all that I get a call that i have to wait longer to get My check because of the software they use, that now my check will be mailed directly to me. Also my mom that filled on 2/4 and was checking daily on where's my refund and kept getting an error well that's because banks tax didn't summit her refund.. when I had called 3 times prior to actually coming in person to ask about my moms refund and again had someone say there is nothing we can do .I find it horrible and sad how this business can careless about there customers if it wansnt for customers they wouldn't be open for business so they should have some consideration. NEVER AGAIN WILL I, MY MOM,DAD,SISTER go here."

"I sent a friend there her refund state it was deposited by irs in February. So she call them long story short they say it will be ready Friday now they say it will be mailed by the bank. So she called the bank and the lady stated they don't mail any checks that Bank Tax Service is lying. I will never send anyone there again!!!!!"

I call several times to ask why my refund wasn't file because I file mines back on January and they kept giving me the run around lying even the manager lied the first time I filed I had no problems but this year they have all these new ppl and they don't not know what they are doing wrost place everrr run"
