"Went there to apply for My Holiday Loan... With my annual income as well as dependent The girl told me that I only qualified for 200-300 dollars. Which is the least ive ever been approved for with Liberty tax. I'm ALWAYS QUALIFIED AND APPROVED FOR THE MAX!Then made me wait about 30mins to tell me SUPPOSEDLY my loan wasn't approved!.. I have been filing my taxes with Liberty Tax since 2016! Never been denied any of my Loans or Easy Advance Loans!. Steffani always does my taxes Every year No Problem. Now this other girl? Idk what happened with my Information? But I will find out!"

"By far worst place to do your taxes!!! They took advantage of my Mexican Parents by putting bogus things on the taxes and claiming they were getting a lot but didn’t and plus they didn’t give them the right 1040 form and gave them some bogus other form that my parents didn’t realize was the incorrect one until later I went down there for the correct forms and told me I had to pay extra for the forms that they had to give them in the first place???? Very ghetto place as well dirty and filthy PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE"
