"I'm personally an MBA but since I was going through a divorce I needed to use an independent group to assess my and my ex's 401k value. I'll start out by saying these guys are terrible with customer service and incompetent. First had to follow up multiple times for them to start the valuation. They finally came back with a value where my ex's value was 10 times my value which was not possible. They compared the future value of mine to the present value of hers and certified this was correct. I had to redo the math and show them their mistakes which they agreed was correct. I asked them to not charge me for the incorrect work multiple times and then asked my lawyer to escalate with them. After 3 voice-mail, multiple emails including with Bill Stewart copied and a voice-mail directly to him, they told my lawyer I never sent them anything even though I copied my attorney. In the end I gave up and was disappointed in the poor customer service and unethical response. If these guys are the best, I'm going to open a competing business because it won't be difficult to beat this group. NEVER TRUST THIS GROUP AND HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!"
