"Although I typically always prefer referrals, especially with services needed of significant importance like taxes, I found Rebekah Howard (Howard CPA, LLC) via Google search and decided to have taxes completed with them in light of the glowing reviews. Communication seemed to be on par earlier this year and the last communication on tax status was that an extension request had been filed. Now months later and several inquiries made to her via the companies own messaging portal, including requests for final balance & invoice information, I haven't heard a word. Taxes are too important to have a lack of communication or flat out ghosting. Unacceptable.
