"Alhumdulilah I had the opportunity to join Makkah Tours for their Umrah group this year. I wasn’t sure which Company to go with considering there are so many out there these days. After doing some research I came across Makkah Tours. I was impressed by the fact that is a family run Hajj and Umrah agency operating for over 18 years! As a recent college graduate I am on a budget. I noticed Makkah Tours was one of the most affordable options. Even at low prices, we got 5 star hotels in Makkah And Medinah. They did not disappoint and fulfilled all of my expectations. Omer Lateef the group was always present ready to help and did a great job organizing our trip. I highly recommend this group to all of my friends. IA I plan on going to HAJ with this group as well."
"After researching and speaking with quite a few Hajj tour operators, we decided on Makkah Tours. I was nervous since this was my first time and I was traveling with my parents who are in thier late 60’s have health issues. The journey started with the first Hajj seminar at the company owners house. It was well organized, as promised we received our Passport, visa, itinerary etc. The presentation from the Maulana Abdul Aziz and Ifdhal Khan were very informative. They discussed some practical experiences, that helped so did the Q&A. The expectations were very clearly set by Br. Rashid Lateef on the entire tour. I feel anyone leaving for Hajj should attend the Hajj seminars offered by the respective tour operator. This helps in many misunderstandings and resolves issues that one might come across during Hajj. Since this review is directed to Makkah Tours, I’d focus on my experience with them in particular. The team was at the airport when we left Chicago. There was a dedicated Ameer who was with us from day one in Makkah until the last day of our tour at Madina. He took care of most logistics and made sure if we had food and water all the time, in Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah, travel to Madina etc. He had his own car that came handy in a few situations. This guy was very approachable and helpful. Ommar and Ali were the point of contact guy and dealt with all operations, logistics and support. These guys had the best attitudes Masha Allah. They were available, friendly and tried to resolve issues if it was in their control. With getting sick, we received help from these guys. These guys went above and beyond in a few situations. Transportation: It was the 2017 model VIP buses every single time that were convenient. Mina: our tents had additional air conditioners, close to two bathrooms. Fruits and drinks were unlimited and available all the time, other than the regular meals. Arafah: I believe we were in a VIP location with tea coffee fruit water in abundance served right outside the tent. The tent had multiple air conditioning units and a new bed for everyone. The bathroom was almost next door. Muzdalifah: we arrived at 7pm, I am aware they were Hajis who arrived at 2am, sitting and waiting for hours. We were in close proximity of three bathrooms and had a new bed we picked from Arafah. We were educated on all Farz, Sunnah and Nafil ibadaah on a regular basis by the available Maulanas. This made things easy and removed the day to day doubts, confusion and made our Hajj very satisfying. I was not looking for perfection in anyway, since it’s understandable at Hajj. However there are certain elements that can be observed if the tour operator is genuinely willing to provide a great experience. I believe they did everything they could. I would strongly recommend Makkah Hajj tours."
"My first experience for a short Umrah trip arranged by Makkah Tours & Travel group was very pleasant. They have an amazing and well organized team in Saudi Arabia for comfortable local transportation. I will look forward to MTT for future travel plans and also recommend this group to friends and family! Keep up the excellent service!"
"After doing much research, i decided to try this Travel Agency for my umrah package. This has been one of the best decisions I have made. First off, you could tell they are very experienced and have been doing this for years. They were very kind and explained everything in detail. They literally processed my visa in a few days. Very speedy and reliable people. The hotels I stayed in were very close walking distance and everything they advertised was what I experienced. The best part was that it was very affordable. Id like to thank them for their honest and dedicated work."
"Salaam. I would like to begin by praising Allah SwT, may Allah reward the management of Makkah Tours. I went on Hajj with my family last year. It was a great experience! The group leader and travel coordinators go out of their way to help each and every single hajji. They are very nice people who are ready to listen to any complaints and concerns. My family's most memorable time was on the Islamic tour in Medinah, and Mina was practically a resort. I noticed we were one of the only groups who had a proper AC system. This group is highly recommend by me."
