"Horrible customer service eduardo is always gives us the run around he never answers the phone He says one thing, and does another I do not reccomend this place to anyone. I tried to pick up my paper work, and he keeps telling us to wait till he gets here, and he never calls back. His workers need more training, and dont have customer serive skills. "They messed up my dad's refund and put the wrong social security number. Now my dad has to deal with IRS because of them. If you do your taxes here, becareful and inspect your paperwork before they send it off. After informing them of their mistake, they didn't treat the situation as quick as possible, they made it seem like we were bothering them. Dont recommend them at all."
