"Generac 26KW, natural gas. I got 3 different bids for the job, making sure that they were all for the same products. Generator Authority was the closest dealer to me and also came in with the best bid. The install went well with them taking care of all permits, trenching, and city notifications. I had a unique install as the unit had to set on the opposite side of the house from the electrical meter and panel. They ran the wiring through the attic and to the meter panel and into my central panel without having to cut open any walls, thus requiring new drywall, texture and painting. Communication with the company was top notch. Overall, I'd recommend them and use them again. We're now ready for those power outages."
