"Sending this message because i am very frustrated with your service. You have had my wave runner going on 2 years, it has been with the new and the old shop. I have stopped by and seen it in the new shop for a short period of time. Then outside since. I left messages on 3 different phone numbers, texts, and absolutley no response. Stopped by your locked up shop during working hours in the morning. Yet you have my phone number, in 2 years i have never heard from you or your business as of yet. I left kind and frustrated messages. Still no response. I have seen boats come and go in your shop but dont seem to catch you there, i think i have been very patient up to this point. I stayed away from facebook because i new i would be posting this out there but people need to know how you conduct your business. Im sure by what i saw that my wave runner will also need the seat and maybe other parts replaced due to the sun beating on it for 2 years. Im curious of your response because i have yet to hear from you at all.. This was sent about a month ago and still have had heard nothing from this company, a text ,phone call nothing I highly recommend to stay away from this company as he does not take care of his customers"

"I usually do not write bad reviews as I understand that sometime companies get busy. However having said that I read previous reviews on this company of poor communication and broken promises as far as lead times. I dropped off my motor 3 months ago and have been trying to contact this gentleman ever since. Multiple phone messages never returned. Drove out to his shop 4 times and left a note on the door with again no reply. Finally got him to answer me on face book messenger. Was told it would get looked at that week. That was June 21st I have been trying to contact ever since. Finally got him to answer on Facebook and he said he would set my motor outside for me to pick up which he did. If you don't mind poor to no communication and false deadlines then this is your guy. Buyer beware!"
