"This is for my trip to New Zealand and Australia from November 19 through December 6 2023. I took Kulin Kumar’s best known tour. They hired Devon travel and Mr.Arun shah was the agent. He took the full payment and never sent the receipt. Even my tour package came one hour before my travel. We were going from Auckland to Queens town. After reaching the airport I found out that my ticket was never booked by Mr Arun shah. He was not picking up the phone. It created so much stress and chaos. I had to book my own ticket and spend $400 though he got the full payment of the tour. Also I had to travel separate from my group. Kulin kumar is also not taking the responsibility and blaming Devon travel. Arun shah is not responding any phone calls or emails. I would not like to take any tours by them in future. I would request anybody to avoid at any cost. Never book your trip with Kulin kumar who hires the irresponsible agents such as Devon travels and never have Mr Arun shah as your agent."
