"We've just completed our thirteenth tour. We’ve done tours with Holland America, Caravan, Trafalgar and Legacy , with the last three being American Classic Tours. ACT is head and shoulders above any other touring company we've used. The most important thing of a tour group is the tour director and ACT directors are the best and make everyone feel like family. But they do a lot of other great things that other tour groups don't do. They include many more dinners and lunches, which is really nice. When you get to your hotel room after being on a tour, the last thing you want to do is to start looking for a place to eat. We never had that problem with ACT. Those of you reading this review who've never been on a tour and are thinking about it, I highly recommend trying American Classic Tours. I'm sure that you won't regret it."

"I was disappointed with American Classic Tours. The tour advertisement didn’t comport with the actual experience. Needless to say it was less. The airline used, turned out to be a discount carrier, not a legacy carrier as promised. The tour guide was not congenial towards customers and not willing to do extra for passenger enjoyment. They promote a concierge experience, but it was anything but first rate. I would recommend using a different tour company."
