"I know taxes can be stressful but H&R Block’s online portal made it SOOO easy for me to just snap pics of my documents and upload them for my tax preparer to review. I didn’t even have to step foot in the building (did it all from my bedroom), and I was even able to approve and sign my tax documents digitally. SHOUTOUT to KULSOOM ZAIDI for being the best tax prep out there! She’s always thorough and I never have to worry about possible issues. And shoutout to LAREDA (the nice lady at the front desk) for being amazing and helpful the few times I have stopped by in the past. She’s the one who informed me about the approve online process so I didn’t have to go in any longer."

"I needed to file my income tax for 2016, so I was really late in filing since it was 2018. Yikes! i was freaking out but Mr. Mohammad at the Wilcrest location, walked me through the process. He was able to waive the penalty for not having health insurance and even got me some $$$ back for my refund. This is office is in a great location off of 59 and Wilcrest drive close to Stafford and Alief. Also, I found out that Mr. Mohammad also offers financial services for small businesses besides income tax filing and they are open year round! I will be coming back and filing with them this year."
