"Since they have multiple locations, I will copy paste my review to this one as well. Incompetent people. First I found a mistake on the tax return, but they didn't understand what's wrong so I had to explain it to them!!! Then they didn't file on time which resulted in fees. At first they told me they'll cover the fees, then they stopped answering. If you already are unfortunate enough to use their service, know that you can contact the Texas Board of Public Accountancy to report low standards of CPA practice. It worked like a miracle for me and Jay Finn all of a sudden became cooperative and covered all my fees."
