"I spent more than an hour on the phone with Fidelity's customer service department without being able to resolve a problem on my account. A visit to this location got the matter completely resolved in less than 20 minutes. The staff here was courteous and professional."

"We walked in and instead of being greeted the front desk gentlemen walked away from the desk and left us just standing there as the other front desk lady was helping someone else. Then, another customer walked in and she greeted him as if we were purposely being ignored. At that point, we just left. We will not return this location."
