"This is a great tour of Lake Geneva and fun watching the mail delivered via boat. It’s worth the price given the 2.5 hr tour time. The entire process is very organized. Meter parking is close by and about $4 per hour. There are restrooms on the boat as well as well as the main area you walk through prior to boarding. Boarding is 30 min before departure but I’d get there 60 min early to get the best seats. Whether you set on top (open but covered) or bottom (closed) is up to you but either way be sure to sit on the right side of the boat to better see the homes and mail delivery. They sell snacks and have a cash bar on the boat but you are also allowed to bring your own snacks/beverages if you want. The only downside is the chairs are very uncomfortable so you may want to bring a cushion or something."
"Very good breakfast, both of our entrees were prepared well and very tasty. The jam that was served with the English muffins was great, almost like a berry butter. Bacon was cooked well, not chewy, not too crispy, very nice. Two things that could have been better: the potato side came out pretty cool, and the coffee was not really very good (cheap diner coffee, of which this restaurant isn't). The upside was that they serve it in a carafe that stays at the table. Service was good as well. We'd certainly go back!"
"This was a really fun tour! We arrived 20 min early and was the last people to arrive. I recommend coming much earlier to get better seats. Also try to get seats on the right of the boat if you are facing the front. That’s the side the jumpers jump from. You have to watch it on TV if you sit on the left. The camera shows it live and it’s good but not the same as watching it. It really gives you a great view of the houses and a great tour!"
"This was absolutely a treat. The captain had all kinds of great stories and Marie (the mail jumper) was fabulous and super sweet too. 2.5 hours out on the water....so very nice. (full bar and bathrooms on the boat too) Highly recommended!"
"Absolutely wonderful tour of Geneva Lake, showcasing the beautiful homes and gorgeous landscapes. Both the captain and the mail jumper gave a great oral description of the homes and explained some of the history of the area. Not only is there a tour, but there is great entertainment from the mail jumper leaping from the boat to deliver mail on various docks, while the boat is still moving! I'd highly recommend this 2.5 hour tour for anyone visiting Lake Geneva. I recommend you get in line at least 30 minutes prior to launch, so you can get a spot in the right side of the boat. You can choose to either sit downstairs to be up close and personal with the mail jumper or upstairs in the open air. All of the jumping happens off the right side of the boat!"
