"Today was our first time here. I want to applaud my tax representative Etta, for being absolutely professional in the face of adversity. Two horrible customers came in, yelling at her, being very rude and aggressive, calling her a liar, made a FALSE report to corporate about her. When my husband and I tried to stand up for her, the customer then threatens us several times. The man, a short angry black man, who claimed to be a pastor, and his ill smelling wife then proceeded to record and spread more lies. They were late and missed their appointment. It’s that simple. Instead of owning up to their mistakes, they then proceed to harass Etta and myself and my husband. I would just ask to please have a security presence, so employee are safe. Thank you again Etta. We will continue to praise you for your outstanding service and kindness."

"I had filed my taxes w/ them before, but not this location. I scheduled and came in to file 2022 taxes. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only downside is their preparation fees went up compared to the previous years. I just hope it goes down soon. Overall, I recommend this place!"

"The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Based on that alone I would like to return every year to have my taxes prepared here. However, I do not see how I can afford to do so. After patiently waiting for 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, I learned that my refund was eaten up by JH fees. One has to have thousands of dollars in tax refund for this process to be cost effective. And that is not me."

"This is Emon Davenport..it is about 6:52 pm and my appointment was for 6:15 pm. I have been coming to this office for about 5 year's and never had an issue until the last couple of year's. Different ppl in the office who appear to not know what they are doing. I already did a refund anticipation loan with my check stubs and just needed to bring back my W2. Got there and apparently whom ever this new man was didn't know anything. He kept asking for assistance and then after he couldn't finish he told me to leave and make another appointment. Why would you give me an appointment if you couldn't finish talking about the computer is going to lock. Whenver i had an appointment before they closed they would lock the door and just finish. This man told me to leave and make another appointment. And he was asking is this the only income you make?? IT WAS SO Weird..all he had to do was add my info talking about it's going to take an hour. Please hire ppl who know what they are doing..I have never been so insulted in my life. Rude as hell.. kept asking about my disabled daughter all type of craziness. I have been coming here since 2018 and will never return."
