"Do not recommend! Lost hard copy of my paperwork. Someone else's W2 entered on my tax return in their system. Has taken them 3 months to tell me they can't amend my tax return unless they completely redo my tax return. That should have stated on day one!"

"For paying for a service, it’s expected that the service is completed correctly. At no point should the paying customer have to do their due diligence by running estimates with other software to assure the the forms were correctly submitted. The error reported could have cost 1500 dollars due to the IRS, thankfully we caught it due to other software and re-ran it with H&R Block estimate to prove it. It was then explained by H&R Block that it was a system error meaning the system automatically checked not eligible for deductible. We have used H&R Block the past 4-5 years but will be the last time, no point in paying for a service if the service is not accurate and can thoroughly be explained throughout the process."
