"This is your little hidden diamond in the rough! Amazing location just a few minutes from downtown Dallas. Clean, friendly, great breakfast buffet daily, nice spacious room with full kitchen, beautiful pool and workout space. Shout out to the front desk for always having a friendly smile, willing attitude, and “how can I make it better” perspective. Loved the super soft pillows and comfy bed. Coffee and tea always available but there is a Starbucks right next door. Plenty of parking. Thank you, Steven, for your help and kind heart. This would be a great extended stay hotel- feels like home away from home!"
"I needed a hotel close to Baylor University Medical Center, because my wife was having a heart operation. I did not choose wisely. The staff were nice on check in and the room was clean. The problems started the next day. The bed was made, but the floor was not swept and bathrooms trash container was not emptied. Day two everything seemed to be okay, but I noticed that evening that my wife’s Garmin watch was missing along with its power cord. The next morning I reported it before going to the hospital. The people at the front desk said that they had ask the cleaning crew and they had seen nothing. Management seems inclined to want to blow it off or write a statement about the missing watch and that’s it. I came back to my room tonight and it had not been cleaned at all. The bed was not made, the trash was not emptied and the floors has not been swept. I have two more days here so I’ll see how much more fun I can have. Oh by the way, the rooms are both to write home about."
"Cute Room. The front desk girl was...just weird. She made the check in process so complicated. I had a special rate so she made me pay for my 2 rooms and suggested my friends that were coming, to send me the money. She over drawn my account. She didn't seem like she cared to accommodate me in any way. Hair in my shower when I walked in the room. A male housekeeper walked in my room the morning of my check-out, like 40 mins before check out time."
"Everything about this hotel was great. They maintain this hotel very well and I like the modern look. The front desk staff was pleasant and helped me check-in a little early. a few of the front desk representatives need a little more training on customer service didn't get acknowledged for being a Titanium elite what so ever or no welcome gift option, don't even know if I got my bonus points for this stay because I was never asked. The room was very nice and clean. The room also comes with a small kitchen area. The view was great could see downtown Dallas from my window. The area was a little sketchy but nothing to crazy. I would definitely stay here again."
"By far one of the WORST hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel itself isn’t bad. However, we booked directly through the hotel to have a suite with a king bed. At check-in, we were notified that the room we had booked was completely sold out. They said when you book through the hotel, it doesn’t actually guarantee a room. All they had available was a much smaller room, not a suite, but we would be charged the same price as we were originally going to pay for the suite. After about 10 minutes of speaking with them, a suite “happen to open up”. The hotel room was totally thrashed, had fire damage around the microwave and cabinet doors missing, and smelled horribly of smoke. Despite the fact that I’m pregnant and was traveling with my baby, we decided to stay in the room because we knew there was no other option. They would not give me a receipt until check out but I knew I needed to check after how the experience had gone so far. We checked out yesterday, and I just received a copy of the receipt. They charged us the rate that we booked for the first night, however, they charge us $30 extra for the second night. We were never notified. I just spoke to the front desk, and was told, “ well, we were really busy that day, so with the occupancy, we charged you more”. I have never had a hotel do that before. Nobody is able to help adjust this, and everyone I speak to at the front desk is not helpful at all, often very rude. I would HIGHLY recommend you not book at this hotel. There are plenty others in the area that would be much better!"
