"Dr. Garcia and her staff are amazing. I never cease to be blown away by how MUCH Springfield Clinic checks every box for patient satisfaction. She got me in same day due to a cancellation. Dr. Garcia didn't assume I would just understand my diagnosis and the plan of care to address my issue. She explained everything in a clear and concise manner from testing to diagnosis to medications and follow-up. One thing I've seen Springfield Clinic focus on that other providers have not is the emphasis on family history. I filled out a questionnaire on my family's cancer risk. When presented to me in this format, I realized the need to seek genetic counseling to determine my cancer risk factor. Stacey, the RN, was also very pleasant, understanding and took my situation seriously. I wasn't rushed or made to feel like I was bothering anyone. That's a refreshing change. I give major props and accolades to your OB/GYN team and the behind the scenes players. A provider and her clinical staff are only as strong as their leadership.
