They made her feel inept and you could all but feel the condescending tone in her voice while she was on speaker phone. Don’t call this place with any basic questions about their services. Apparently they’re booked so I guess they don’t need the money."

They are supposed to be professionals and that they should have the knowledge and discretion to help you with your taxes. What I saw in my experience the person who helped me did not have enough knowledge and discretion just like the other employees and clients who were waiting for their appointment, they found out about a confusion the person that helped me had. I don’t recommend this place."
