"Dr Ali needs to retire. This office is outdated, the equipment is outdated. No way in hell you put a GLOVE inside me for one. Then continue to back date my pregnancy, for 3 weeks she’s been telling me I’m 5 weeks pregnant. They have none of the bloodwork that they ordered me to do. No information after being there 3 times and telling them 3 separate times that I have an ultrasound scheduled for the 26th. They have none of that information. Including the THREATENED MISCARRIAGE that I had last Tuesday the 13th. Her equipment is outdated she can’t see a fetal pole but keeps telling me “there’s the sac” ma’am. Why can’t you see anything else. I’m coming from an appointment where we have already seen the crown to rump length, and you’re trying to convince me that I’m only 5 weeks and there’s nothing to measure, no fetal pole at all I’m too early, when I have medical records that say otherwise. I sure did pull that out for her too, since she kept telling me I’m only 5 weeks. As of today, I am 7 weeks, one day. Ladies, if you’re seeing this woman, I suggest looking elsewhere. She needs to NOT be in this profession anymore. They will continue to tell you that their system is down. There is no system, everything is old fashioned. And you’ll see it when you walk in, in files behind the women at the front desk. I told her that I wasn’t comfortable with seeing her anymore because of the runaround with the information and she said I’m sorry that you feel that way lol I will not be back, and I strongly urge any women, especially pregnant to avoid this woman by all means possible, go somewhere else or somebody can give you answers that you deserve, so you can have peace of mind when it comes to having a child especially if it’s your first like mine and even more especially if you’ve tried so hard like I did and this is your first pregnancy so your extra scared about things and you just need that reassurance this woman is not going to help you"

"Horrible. Office was very run down. They couldnt actually do anything to needed to to check me out instead I wanted for 48 minutes for them to finally see me and they gave me a paper to take to a different osf for my test as simple as a blood draw. I got no care for my miscarriage! HORRIBLE"

"I wish I could give no stars. This place is a joke. First off it looks as if it's stuck in the 70's or 80's the equipment needs a serious update. As well as the staff. I seen Dr Ali Maqbool. She was very very old! Yes I realize that was rude to say but true. She was very cold and rude as if I was a bother to her. She did not look at me but maybe two second the entire 10 minutes of my first visit for my pregnancy. She asked if I had any other children I told her I had a miscarriage a few years ago but no other kids. Which hurts me to talk about. She told me to take aspirin everyday or I will miscarry again still not looking at me I was so shocked with how blunt and cold she was I started crying. Not sobbing I was full on noises and tears like a river. She then says here is a prescription for prenatal go make a appointment for Tuesday. No are you alright?? Would you like a tissue?? I walk out still crying and the dr tell the receptionist make her appointment for Tuesday the receptionist states we are all booked the Dr says put her somewhere she can wait she doesn't work. I wanted to honestly cuse her out. I'm blessed to have a spouse that can support our family with out me working and we think it's best this way all around so for her to say it as if I was a lazy person enraged me. All the while I'm still crying. The Dr walks away the receptionist says to me "well be here Tuesday at 2. Do you need me to write that down??" Still no one offers me a tissue or words of comfort. I told her no and walked out. I cried my whole way home. I did not go back, they didn't even call me a day before to confirm the appointment or call to see why I had missed. I've never had any Doctor, gyno, dentist etc not call a day ahead to confirm. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I cry even thinking about that day and how I was mistreated I could only imagine how my birth would have went with Dr. Maqbool as my delivering physician."
