"Dr. Batista was a very nice man. The appointment process is a hassle due to waiting on hold for awhile and no one bothering to return any of my messages. Got a hold of the receptionist at the George Dieter location and when I finally got an appointment for my procedure, I went in and was told my procedure date was not scheduled. Ridiculous appointment and calling services to say the least."

"I have been a patient at El Paso Integrated Physicians Group, on the west side of town on Mesa. Dr. Caballero has been my doctor for over eight years. Amazing physician, very knowledgeable, highly experienced and a very thoughtful doctor. In the beginning, the staff rude behavior and how curt they are with patients. I brought up their rude behavior and I have never had any further issues. On a side note, the medical care does not improve in El Paso, West side, east side, north east, in any area because people do not write reviews or contact the corporate owners. Unless we begin writing reviews, nothing will change. Please and thank you"

"‘Too busy’ to help patients fix a mistake that was made by the office and also very rude. Caused me to miss a very important appointment and waste half my day running around. PAs don’t know how to take proper blood pressures. It’s 120/80 everytime I go when I know I’m prehypertensive at the very least."

"The staff at front desk at Dyer location are very unprofessional. They leave a long line of patients waiting to get attended and by the time the get to us they tell you your late and refuse to see the patients. It usually takes 1 month and a half to 3 months to get an appointment and the samething happens all over again. I just wanted to get my results, I've paid lots of money for all my tests and her staff refuses to give it to me. It's really upsetting. This has been happening since year. Don't bother going here clearly the Dr doesn't care about her patients if she allows them to get treated this way. I'm going to have to look for another rheumatologist to request my records since they are refusing to give me my results. It's really sad her staff is going to ruin her reputation by mistreating the patients like this. Good doctor but unprofessional staff."
