"Nanette Pettry is very rude. You explain your symptoms with concern and she acts like it’s nothing. She makes it seem like your daily issues are not a concern. Just because it’s nothing to her doesn’t mean it’s a daily struggle for someone else. Like everyone has diarrhea daily it’s no worry. Everyone’s stomach pain hurts after every meal. Nanette Pettry lacks empathy. That is one chapter you learn as a medical personell. I didn’t see one smile or thank you come out of her body. Nice front desk staff , horrible weight hours. I will be going to another gastro because Pettry has to be humbled and know she isn’t the only option on El Paso."

However, the customer service provided was exceptional. The scheduling and promptness of being seen by a provider on the other hand, were atrocious."
