"The initial appointment with Dr. Matthew Lyon to have my hearing tested went well. But, I did not care for the lack of follow up from his office and how the insurance was handled for obtaining hearing aids. I will look for another provider for hearing aids. I would not recommend Dr. Lyon nor El Paso Hearing Aid & Audiology Center."
"I just recently had an appointment. This was after trying a couple other area audiologist who were only interested in selling me new hearing aids! Dr. Lyon checked my hearing and reprogrammed my hearing aids that were purchased in another state along with filling me in on some interesting facts. I glad to have found an audiologist more interested in the patient. The office staff was also very nice and helpful. I will be going back whenever necessary. Thank you James Pankow"
"Hmm i don't know what to say but i want to share with my experience, i've called the audiologist like in 2016, one of my former audiologist recommended me to go lyons, so i asked them if they accepted medicaid and of course they don't accept medicaid, noticed that most audiologist prefer medicare than medicaid or other way to pay out of their pocket to make a payment plan however they told me if i'm qualify to applied for care credit and nope most of us have no credit or low incomes so i'm disappointed with all audiologist who don't accept medicaid so shame on you"
"My newborn son got pushed back twice, it is crucial that my child gets the help he would need for future preferences, and it looks like this place doesn’t have any interest in a child growth. Definitely not recommended for new patients!"
"I do not recommend this place. As a patient sent by the VA, I was told "I don't really care if you are here or not" by Dr. Lyon, right up close and personal. In addition, her bedside manner is atrocious, and she is condescending, insensitive, and offensive with her language when posed with pertinent questions. Truly a horrible experience here."
