"I really liked the online check in and not having to wait in the waiting room. Everyone was kind and nice. The only thing was that the doctor didn’t come back in after my flu test. The nurse came and told me my diagnosis and showed me a paper with what was prescribed for me. I thought it was standard practice to be able to discuss with the doctor what they were going to prescribe. I asked questions, and the nurse had to keep going to back to ask the doctor. I don’t think that was good practice. Also, the nurse asked me twice to “verify my full name and date of birth.” I was wondering why she couldn’t remember that I was who I said I was a few minutes earlier. That was just weird and not very personable."
