"DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! They will prescribe medication and never follow up with your insurance, go over formulary lists, and move on things to continue your medication. The staff is incompetent, untrained, and are not qualified to do their job. For half an hour I argued with a desk girl that Ozempic is semaglutide and not insulin. She insists semaglutide is insulin!! My partner was only prescribed 20 days worth of insulin and nothing else. They refuse to go over the insurance formulary list and expect my partner to do the job of the doctor. How do we know what proper medicine to take?? This office told us to pick a medicine from the formulary list and send that to the pharmacy!! THEY BASICALLY SAID TO PRESCRIBE OURSELVES!! ARE THEY RETARDED??!! For three weeks they lied about going over several pre-authorizations just to eventually say they never got the insurance pre-authorizations and then further admit they just didn't work on them in time all while MISPLACING/LOSING ONE OF THE INSURANCE PRE-AUTHORIZATIONS!! Trust the bad reviews and do not place ypur life in the hands of these incompetent doctors and staff. I recorded every conversation with them. Hopefully a malpractice case will shut them down."
