"This is an update. I'm changing my 4 stars to 5. I got a home visit today. I spent 2 months in a couple hospitals. Got home and they made sure that I could make this appointment. They came here! Nurse saw my new meds, they are making appointments for me, arranging medical transportation, doctor specialist appointments, everything. I'm actually amazed at at what's going on. My new personal nurse, Adriana, gave me a tablet to use for my appointment next week, and then on. I've noticed a few bad reviews. Illogical. Staff at Murchison is always concerned about my welfare. Got to mention Amber (case mgr), Anthony (P.A.). They're exceptional. Location is the only drawback. For an emergency clinic visit, we have to go to Remcon, or Eastside."

"All staff is so sweet and respectful towards my elderly mom.. the staff is compassionate especially to the elderly. My mom feels comfortable."

"I wouldn't want to send them anyone for them to care on. In fact when im done with this other doc. Im going to go speak to a lawyer for discrimination and not helping for this 6 months of dragging things along for nothing. Also they don't keep client confidentuality ."

"My mother went today to her appointment at 1pm she grabbed a bus to take her from the lower valley which took 45 minutes, well after waiting in the office 2 hours for the doctor they tell her that if she wants to continue waiting because the doctor was in a surgery well obviously she said no the bus then again takes another 45 minutes to pick her up and 45 minutes to drop her off! The bus is offered by the insurance.. anyways a whole day waisted for her because they schedule surgeries and appointments on the same days and times or they could have called her to cancel! She is rescheduling for May 17th let’s see how that goes!"

"If I could give this place NO STARS I would!! Do not waste your time here! I started at the facility on Remcon and they transferred my doctor to Murchison. OK, not happy, but I dealt with it. I schedule my appointments on Friday afternoon - when work is slow. They called a month ago and said my doctor does not work Friday afternoon anymore. OK - change my appointment to the morning. Yesterday, they called and said now she is only seeing "corporate" clients on Wednesday! So now I am penalized because I have a job and health insurance! Find another doctor. These people do not care one bit about their patients!"
