"Very disappointed with my experience here.. she guaranteed that she would be the one doing my delivery and that was not the case- but she guaranteed me that I was in good hands with the other doctors- which was also not the case! She recommended for me to in to get induced - bc my blood pressure was slightly high 1 time throughout my whole pregnancy.. so we took her advice we went in - The doctors forgot to put me back on the oxytocin - causing severe clotting after delivery - multiple ones that were bigger than the size of a baseball in the matter of minutes and the nurses kept telling me that that was normal- until I dropped to the floor because I passed out that my blood levels were so low that I had to get blood transfusions and go into emergency surgery- I was there a week longer than expected, because there are other steps that they missed as well after the surgery that created blood clots almost immediately - and she didn’t bother to come and visit me the whole time I was in there- and I knew she had been there because I heard her talking before she went into a different patients room- I would never recommend her or Mercy Hospital to anyone! Cannot believe how incompetent the staff was- I did have a lady come into my room and apologize for all the mistakes that they made- but that doesn’t help - Especially when it’s been over a year later and I’m still dealing with medical issues that resulted from their negligence.. and the only history of any medical issues I’ve had are migraines- and just because this is the doctor you chose, doesn’t mean she’s going to be the one to deliver your baby regardless what she tells you- if I would’ve known this, I would’ve went somewhere else! And when I chose her, she had five stars and now she’s down to 3.9-"

"I am thankful that Dr MaCaulay accepted me into her care. Throughout my high risk pregnancy her expertise outshined my concerns with above average testing and weekly checkups. To the amazing staff at the front desk and lab, thanks for making me feel welcomed! Dr. MaCaulay is experienced and do not play about the safety of her clients. I did hope to build a long term connection but keeping thing’s professional was her first priority. Thanks again for a safe delivery and amazing NICU team at Rockford! "Dr Macaulay is so patient and listens to everything. She also knows a good deal about endometriosis and works with you on decision making. My Dr's are thru osf, but I go to Mercy just to continue seeing her. Her nurse is awesome too."
