"The veteran had a C&P examination at this business with one of the NURSE PRACTITIONERS employed there. Vet's first impression is that the medical examiner was as untrustworthy as the ones at the VA. ITD BE A WISE THING TO DO for the leadership of South Central Texas clinic to put in place a QUALITY CONTROL to make sure your medical staff does not wrong veterans with deceptive work in their examinations. UPDATE: Stacy Olvera is the name of the Nurse Practitioner that performed my VA medical evaluation on November 5, 2020. She acted like the most ignorant person in the world; she is not dumb, however. she was just pretending to be ignorant because she already had a script as to what she had to do and the conclusions she had to reach. STACY OLVERA, in your review of the evidence, you ignored half the medical record, to include xray studies and diagnosis made by a rheumatologist. i will elaborate by filing a complaint against you in the ripoffreport."

"The girl in the front was super nice. The audiologist on the other hand came off as rude. No greeting, no manners, called me by my first name and spoke to me in a condescending tone. Almost felt like i was back in school and being called in to the principal's office. At the end, she just said "ok, that's all. You can go." I went for part of a VA disability claim and as i was leaving, the girl in the front thanked me for my service but the audiologist never acknowledged my service. I'll be making a complaint to the VA as well"
