"My husband has been attending dr. Ovalle practice for some time, when I shared with him my frustration with my primary dr, he recommended Dr. Ovalle, very hesitant I accepted. It took 2 months to have my first appoinment with Dr. Ovalle, when the time of my appointment came, I couldn't go to the Dr's office because I had covid. I called the office to let them know and they offered a phone call appoinment. Dr. Ovalle called the same day and prescribed the necesary medications after being very through with me becaue I have some other health issues. He was kind enough to talk to my daughther, who is not his patient, and of course my husband because the whole family had covid. He told me that his office will call me to schedule another appoinment, but that never happened. When I called to see why they hadn't called, the lady I talked apologized and gave me the appoinment for the following week. So far my experience with Dr. Ovalle has been positive, he has great bedside manners and he is excellent in his diagnostics, once you are inside the examination rooms the medical assistants are very nice and attentive; but I do think that they need to pay more attention to the scheduling system and overall office management. Sometimes they'd tell you that there are no appoinments until 2 months after and the next day or couple hours later they would tell you that they can put you in for the next week. I believe that I can deal with that fault because to find a dr that has good bedside manners and that is through with your health is worth the hassle."
