From my monthly medical appointments of pregnancy to the day of my delivery everything was good, I thank all the staff of Obgyn and endocrinology Dr. Ansar (Nutritional Diabetes Management and Management of Gestational Diabetes) as well as Dr. J. Plett because at every step of my high-risk pregnancy he was with me and listened to me, all the staff of outpatient and hospitalization nurses who were from December 4-7 a respectful, professional and friendly treatment (and we also appreciate the greeting card they sent us), I also congratulate the pediatricians who took care of my baby and who were concerned about giving him the best attention and follow-up. Without this great human chain, my baby wouldn’t be in my hands now. God bless you all!"

"A person should not leave your clinic crying. When someone seeks medical help because they’re concerned about their body you should treat them with respect. Vulnerability should be meet with understanding and compassion not a blatant attitude wether it’s caused by personal or profession related reasons. Regardless, you as doctor have an obligation to treat your patients with kindness. Be better, do better."

"I had a very small amount of bleeding so I called the clinic, they told me they were going to call me to get me in ASAP, two days passed and no one called, I ended up loosing the baby 5 days after the bleeding started. Worst clinic after they moved. Never going back there"

"This place really needs new management or something. I moved to the area from out of state and at this point I’d rather give birth on the interstate in my car than see these people. You cannot get any assistance, and if you do get someone to answer the phone at the appointment desk, they have an awful attitude like “why are you bothering me”. Please consider making some changes, because going to a hospital/clinic that blatantly does not want to help patients is actually scary. UPDATE: I gave this clinic a chance, had one appt and they let me go weeks with an untreated UTI. I continued to reach out because I knew something was wrong and they did two tests and told me twice there was not an issue. I ended up at the Emergency Dept just to be told I did have a UTI. This place cannot be trusted to properly do their job. I have switched doctors because this type of medical neglect over something so simple as a delivering a proper lab result is unacceptable."

"Around 2018, I was a patient of dr Stewart, and he was negligent with me to say the least. (I got a letter in the mail probably a year or so after this incident from OSF letting me know that essentially, OSF has cut ties with Dr Stewart, I can only imagine what other issues arose with other of his patients) I switched over to Dr. Plett immediately then because I needed a leep procedure and consequently a colposcopy. Dr. Plett did those procedures for me in 2018. Today, after putting off an exam for a few years, I went back to Dr. Plett. She is very thorough, asked me many times if there was anything specific I wanted to address, and she was very quick with my exam also. I highly recommend her. Edit/update: in 2018, Dr Plett removed some HPV cells, and as of this AM, the results from my last exam show that I am negative for HPV. Like I said, she is very thorough, she made sure she got everything!"
