"If I could give ZERO stars I would because she doesn’t even deserve one…. Our visit was actually a few years ago. But someone mentioned Mercy health to me and asked about recommendations for providers… I always remember this experience and how cringeworthy it was. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. She discharged me after our visit and as I was walking out to leave I heard her discussing/gossiping about what our visit was about and what was said and made rude remarks with the nurses/MAs. I never felt so violated by a health care provider in my life. I would never in my life recommend her to anyone at all."
