"Dr. Hamby is wonderful! I have a lot of health issues and have struggled to find a PCP in Midland that actually listens to me and takes the necessary steps to get me on the right track. I had my first apt with Dr. Hamby today and I truly feel like he not only listened to me, but is taking the right steps to get me feeling better. All of the ladies at the front desk were extremely nice too. In the past 2 1/2 years I’ve went to 3 other clinics and out of all of them this was hands down the best overall experience."
"The doctors are amazing and I have no issues with them, however, the office staff has only gotten worse over the last year. I have been out on hold and hung up on by whoever is answering the phones. The office manage is rude and allows her staff to talk down to patients."
"Dr Alva is wonderful, great experience, except the receptionist who has no customer service whatsoever, no response when you say thank you, in person or on the phone. Seems to make your appointments a bit unpleasant when shes the first person you encounter. Thats why my 4star review."
