"Please do not go here. The person who did my taxes did not imput my information correctly nor to the fullest. I told them when I did it online my return was higher than what they were telling me. I went to a different HRB branch to have an amended return to fix the errors I had told her about and that fix saved me nearly $2k. I'm not trying to tell you how to do your job but please listen to your customers when they tell you something is wrong. I'm glad I trusted my gut and got my papers double checked. I don't think it was intentional by any means but if this is how you file other peoples taxes please don't hire them or work here."
