"I could not be more disappointed with this firm. I spoke with Gloria in regards to handling the taxes for my business. She seemed very helpful on the phone so I set up an appointment to come in so they could begin working on our bookkeeping and taxes. When I showed up for my appointment last Friday I was informed that she was not in the office as she was out sick and could I reschedule. Although a bit frustrated that I was never given the courtesy of a call to reschedule, I went ahead and reschedule for today. I went in today for my appointment and was informed by Gloria that she had to leave in 20 minutes to take her son to work!!!! Again I was never contacted to reschedule. They seem to feel their time is very important but do not give any consideration to their customers time. I will NEVER use this company and if ever asked I will make sure that if someone is looking, they never look this way."
