George Georgopulos - State Farm Insurance Agent 12710 South Harlem Avenue, Palos Heights, IL 60463

"I am sharing this review from 3/20/23 appalled by this Statefarm satellite office. I put in a claim  because I got rear-ended by a lady with no liscense or insurance on my way home from work 3/15/23. I text my agent because I had to whine up going to ER on 3/19/23 & wanted to speak directly to George & ask him a few questions but got a responding text from someone that he was out of town for a meeting. Got a call the next day from agent Jenna following up about claim. Explained to her what happened & let her know myself & the lady who hit me had agreed upon amount for her to pay my deductible. So, I take it she called the lady right after to hear her side of the story. Which she apparently confirmed. Jenna did not call me back to let me know what was going on but I received a text from the lady who saying she just spoke with Jenna my agent who suppose to work on my behalf had given her my policy information. I called Statefarm back to speak with Jenna but was placed on several holds and transfer to Dominique contuing getting placed on hold while she tried connecting me to Jenna team who  assisting her with my claim. Domonique stated while still holding she was able to speak & explain my situation to Blake who she stated"would escalate her telling the lady who rear ended me my policy information" but Domonique nevered said that someone would be following up with me as I requested on 3/20/23. Called again & spoke with Sydney trying to explain to her the situation but she over talked me and got loud not wanting to hear anything I had to say. By saying "it was documented that both parties agreed on deductible"which I stated was untrue. So, I ask if I could speak to a Supervisor & she decline me to do  and I hung up. I am truly disappointed with this office lack of concern or customer service behavior toward me. I've been with Statefarm for many years from car, rental & motorcycle and did not think this was appropriate for a agent to disclose my policy details to the person who hit me. While giving her my policy information, she should've been trying to sell her a policy."

"Awful experience. I got kicked off my insurance after 10 years for filing (2) claims. One SHOULD HAVE been filed under our renter's insurance after we had property stolen and they filed under our condo insurance. The other was because of water damage which was unavoidable and WHY WE HAVE INSURANCE. I was apparently mailed a letter (which we never received and did not show up on my online account) and was called a few times during work hours with a very vague message (when I couldn't answer the phone). When I finally called to asked the reason for the calls I was hung up on and received a call back two days letter, which was 4 days before my insurance expired. I was AT THAT POINT made aware that my insurance was not being renewed because I filed TWO claims TWO years ago. I will never use State Farm again and am actively moving all of my business away from them. BUYER BEWARE!!"

"If you like paying to much for insurance and being taken advantage of, go here!! I had heard good things about State Farm but this agent is a joke. Took advantage of us and didn’t listen to our requests. You better look very carefully at your policy and know what your looking at or this agency will get taken advantage of you!"
