"My account was transferred from another Allstate agent to Mariola Dybas. I called and nobody answered the phone. I emailed and waited for a response to cancel my coverage on one of 3 cars. No response. I finally did it myself online. Not sure what the purpose of an Allstate agent is when I have to do everything myself. Perhaps Allstate should change it's business model."

"I’m being generous giving them one star. Their communication is horrible. I called and left a message on a Saturday and then called again Monday. I was told I would get a call back but no one called back. Then the agent calls me Wednesday saying sorry she had just heard my message from Saturday. I told her I had called Monday and was still waiting for a call back. She said she was going to find out what happened and would call back and of course she didn’t call back either. I gave them a few days and nothing. Now it’s been a week, I called them on Tuesday. I was once again told someone would call me back. Let’s see how many more days have to pass before someone can call me back and give me straight answers regarding my policy. They are clearly very unprofessional."
