"ATM is now on the bldg which makes getting to it especially if there is a car at the teller window in lane 1. And then you have to wait for THEM to be finished to move up to ATM or the window. Isn't keeping the flow going and a poor choice of placement Also do not like that you can't walk in and deal with a teller for cash. It all is through drive through which is a slow process. Wasn't a logical "upgrade" for business."

"Just tried making a quick stop to grab some money out of the ATM. Instead of being a quick stop, as the ATM only line has been removed, I had to wait for almost 20min, before deciding to give up the comfort of the possibility of pulling up in line and using the ATM from my vehicle. I had to exit my vehicle in the freezing weather to utilize the drive-up ATM. Moving the ATM was an incredibly poor business choice."
