"Allstate had the best price at first, however there is a price increase every year, about double the cost in 5 to 6 years. I called recently to voice my concerns, and spoke to Jannette, she told me she would look into my account and follow up. She never followed, so I reached out again, and again no follow up. I decided to take my buisness elsewhere. Too bad I liked Allstate, but not the customer service."
