"Was hard for me to get an appointment right away at my doctor in the city same day, they got me in at this facility quicker which worked better. Couldn’t hardly talk and was coughing stuff up, they ran some tests and found out I’m just getting over a bad cold and voice should be back in a week. Found out that the over counter meds were raising my blood pressure and she reminded me of that which was a really good catch, gave me a list of things I should be taking and I went to the store right away to buy them. The visit wasn’t that bad out of pocket either. I would revisit them in the future if I needed to."

"Whats the point of an appointment if it takes more then 2 hours AFTER your time before they even bring you back. This happened one time before for my daughter sports physical which took approximately 3 minutes once back there. And again today. We just left. Unacceptable .. daughter needed a hire drug test she has to pee she asked how much longer. The lady said you are next so 30 to 45 more minutes"

"This was my first time here, and I was very happy with my experience and the care that I received. I made an appointment online which was very simple to do and I was able to register right from my phone. I did not have to do anything additional when I got there I was all set. The NP - Paola Cruz Ramirez was fantastic. She was very friendly, efficient, and thorough, and got me on the treatment that I desperately needed. I wish I could remember the RTT’s name who did my chest X-ray because she was also wonderful. Thank you to the entire team for a great experience. I’m doing SO much better."

Everything was so smooth and by far the best and quickest experience I’ve had at an immediate care. I was in and out within 30 minutes, probably less. Everyone was friendly and again very quick yet personable service which I appreciate so much."
