Joyce Bryant: Allstate Insurance

"Always problems with them, almost enough to switch agencies, but now I'm asking myself why pay the middle man at all!? They canceled my renters insurance without notifying me, also canceled automatic payments for no reason. Going somewhere else, it's enough."

"A scam - Don't bother getting coverage with this agency. Things were much better when owner Ronald was in office - since Joyce took over, everything went downhill with this agency and their reps that answer their calls. For the last 2 yrs my insurance policy miraculously kept increasing by $100 if not more every 6mo (the excuse was that "auto parts are now more expensive and IF in case an accident happens the ins needs to have enough to cover"), and two premiums ago not only that my insurance kept increasing but my coverage kept decreasing without my knowledge - good thing I checked online by accident when my renewal happened 3 weeks ago. When I asked why was it lowered without my knowledge and why was I charged more for it - I got "we'll look into this and get back to you". No call or email since then. And I have much more to say but so many on here mentioned those already. So after 9 yrs I'm saying good-bye to AllState - or at least to this agency. Went back to State Farm - not only did I get better coverage but lowered my insurance down by $250. A shame on AllState just because of the agency."

"I see a bunch of negative reviews on this agency, and I do not understand them. I had an issue with my premium and when I called the ladies got right to work. The first lady I spoke with (I believe her name was Jennifer) could tell I was upset and started to try and remedy the problem. She had to take a message and get my representative that started my policy involved Natalie, and informed me that she would call me back. I was impatient and called back an hour later to find out that they have been working on it and was going to call me in a minute. Natalie went above and beyond to remedy the issue and got me taken care of perfectly. I've never had such great customer service in my life. The ladies at this office are fantastic people and I can not thank them enough for helping me!"

"This agency does not bother answering to the requests, rude and unprofessional in case they do,they just love to set you up on autopay that somehow increases with about 100$ per 6 months. All state is a good company,on an expensive side, But the agency I would give them negative stars if I could."

"I called the office today requesting a copy of my policy. I spoke to Lori who was extremely rude and arrogant. She went on to tell me that for all the years I've had my policy with Allstate that I've been paying for two extra people that haven't lived in my house for over 30 years. Lori accused me of not educating myself and said I must be living a life full of turmoil. This will end my relationship with them which quite honestly has been nothing because although she states that have reached out to me, (called), they have not. They also seem to have a great deal of other misinformation including the wrong driver's license number! Can't trust this agency as they just want to take your money dishonestly."
