"I called on a Wednesday to schedule an air duct cleaning and they put me down for Friday. Then the next day (Thursday) they sent me a text saying Friday no longer worked for them, they need to reschedule for Saturday and that I needed to call them to confirm that the switch is okay. I called them and let them know Saturday is fine. The man said he got it switched and that their arrival window would be between 9am and 1pm but they'll probably arrive at 10am. Saturday can and by 1pm they still had not shown up so I tried calling their office and they didn't answer. Sunday I thought they would give me a call to explain why they never showed up, but no. Apparently they have so much business they don't need anymore. Very unprofessional."

"Recently had a unit worked on. They diagnosed it wrong and charged for a repair to a part that had to be replaced. When asked they wouldn't credit the money for the repair. I checked with another ac company and they just laughed at what I was told. They responded you cant fix a leak by cleaning the part. Sadly I'm out $$$$. ---------- The leak had been diagnosed prior to the appointment with you by a contractor that service our commercial properties and rentals. They used a leak detector without cleaning the coil. The leak was at the edge of the coil in an easy to find place. The home warranty company just wanted to used an authorized contractor that was part of their program."

"Be careful with this one. They replaced the roof unit of the A/C and pinched a wire. They blew 4 fuses and a transformer at the control board of the furnace and blamed me afterwards and said i wired the Thermostat wrong......lol. They lied about their fault and blamed a wrongly wired Thermostat. Everything was working fine for several years until they repaired the top unit and pinched the wire. After i refused to pay for their mistake they took the disconnect from the top which was not theirs to take and tried to blackmail to either pay or have no A/C during the Texas Heatwave. Not a company to recommend."
