"I am so frustrated and upset at Allstate. My car got totaled while being parked on the street, and I wasn't even in my car. It was the result of 2 other cars hitting one other and finally hitting my car. Allstate has refused to give me back my deductible because no one from the other vehicles will take blame even though it was their fault. You would think a person who WASNT even in the car would get their deductible. ALLSTATE HAS MADE THIS CLAIM EXPERIENCE A NIGHTMARE!! YOU WOULD THINK WITH ALL THE MONEY THEY MAKE THEY WOULD PAY BACK A DEDUCTIBLE, BUT THEY ARE TOO CHEAP TO DO IT FROM THEIR OWN MONEY. They are already raising prices but not caring about their customers. I would've been a customer for life, but now their brand will always be tarnished. I WILL NEVER BE AN ALLSTATE CUSTOMER AGAIN. I WILL MAKE SURE THIS REVIEW GETS ON EVERY PLATFORM UNTIL SOMETHING IS DONE!! Unbelievable."
