"Heed ALL the negative reviews. This place is a joke. Got here early and got a dock. Waited for 2 hours just for them to reject the trailer because it was still a little damp inside. Instead of allowing time to run the reefer to dry it out, they refused and forced a reschedule. I have no doubt that everything else negative that has been said about this place is true. Will not be returning. Would rather refuse a load than deal with this circus again. Honestly I just think they're all lazy and they find any little thing I can that they can refuse you for so they don't have to load you. Avoid this place if you can."
"My appointment was at 4 am but they took 5 hours to load my trailer. Staff was very lazy,racist,giving priority to black people, rude and don't know how to talk to people. They just ignore things and show no respect to drivers,Worst experience i have ever faced in my driving."
