"Applied for a quote for car insurance, the last Thursday a representative called me and I provide all info he needed. He said he will call me back and provide the quote and today Monday I called back and left a message asking for the quote. I don't know what's the reason why they are taking so long o give me a quote, I am sure they are good people but I don't like people waste my time like this. I hope this review help to provide a better service overall. Just that. UPDATE: I got my quote same day later on, however was to late to consider it. I had to jump in another direction because I need it to have done right away today. 4 star for the inconvenience."
