"I love DQ in all honesty. I love the food and desserts. I worked at this location as a teenager and I did enjoy it as a first time job. Gina kept the store very clean and organized and we worked well as a crew but the crew that works there now is not it. I continue to go to this location because it’s close by and I prefer to go to this location in general compared to the other DQ’s. I went last night and both of my salads were not made right and this isn’t the first time. It’s like every time I go there now they can never get it right, either I’m missing something or the food wasn’t made right. The cones are sloppy and do not have that “Q” at the top. I just personally feel like they don’t take pride in what they do and if they don’t then why work there? My best friend and I, that both worked here, talk about how the service and food/desserts just aren’t the same from when we worked there. My husband worked there as a teenager too and he agrees. Mind you when we go and get food we always spend $40+. I’m not looking for free food for my bad experiences but I just want to say the crew needs better training on making the food the way the customer pays for it to be made, not forgetting food and making the treats the way they should look."

"The only purchase I make from here is the Snickers blizzard, they have good service and the store is clean. I have gone back and had their tacos and hamburger basket, both were good and the service continues to be good and the place is kept clean."

"I came inside on 930 at night and there were maybe two other families or like three people waiting for their drinks and food and I walk up to the counter to try to order some thing and nobody even acknowledges that I’m there with me says hello or anything it just keeps working like I get you might be busy but I just the acknowledgment of I’ll be right with you or some thing like that would’ve been Enough I sit there for about 10 minutes just waiting try to get some attention and they just turned around and walked to the drive-through I just wanted a chocolate dipped cone it’s one of my favorite things to get and I just think that as a server myself just a note of it knowledge ment to somebody when they walk in the door would be nice at-least a lot better than nothing at all"

"I’ve tried to give this Dairy Queen a fair shot. It’s terrible compared to the location on Pasadena Blvd. The staff doesn’t take pride in presentation or quality of the food. I’ve visited three times now and each time my food is thrown together and tastes mediocre. Cold fries, stale buns, overcooked meat. Wet burgers. It’s really frustrating because I know for a fact that they can do better. The only good experience I’ve had here is when I came in for a Blizzard replacement when the GM was on duty. It was made perfectly. Staff shouldn’t have to be supervised for things to be done correctly. I’m never going to this location again. It’s a waste of my money. Do yourself a favor and just visit the location in Pasadena Blvd. The food is always fresh and delicious."

"I stopped by DQ because it's 100° today and needed to cool off. I went through the drive thru and they were very polite when taken my order. The food came out hot and correct on the first try! What more can you ask for in the drive thru. Good job!"
