"So apparently there's a new rule about self check out? No flatbeds at self check out? Been shopping at Sam's for over a decade and never have been told I could not use self check out if I have a flatbed. So if I had 1 bunch of bananas on a flatbed I can't use self checkout? Last time i checked there no item limit at self checkout. Or was the employee just on a power trip and was extremely rude to me because I was Hispanic? Seems like that's a trend according to the reviews on here. Seems like all the staff at checkout during my visit at this location was extremely miserable and you could clearly see it. I think turtles and snails move faster than the staff here it's ridiculous. If you don't like your job just quit."

"I bought a whole pepperoni pizza for home. When I got home it was overcooked, crust hard, whole bottom of pizza soaked with oil. Pepperoni breaks as soon as you touch it. It was horrible. It was my first time buying a whole pizza and it will be my last. I just threw the pizza out. I called the store and wanted to speak to a manager. Someone said they was close , told me to hold and speak with a manager and sent me to a ringing phone and no one answered. Poor customer service, I am very dissatisfied. I wouldn't give the pizza to a dog"

"I shop here because it's a warehouse club. The competition likes glitz however I don't need to buy bars of gold. The scan & go feature is a definite plus. No lines no waiting. The deals are numerous covering the entire gamut from outside to inside the home and in your tummy. I highly recommend Sam's over the competition and I have been to the competition."
