"It all started well with Steve. He was responsive to my inquiry and picked up my scooter with a day. But it was all downhill from there. In the beginning, he would return my calls/texts with promises of getting to my bike and ultimately provide a list of needed parts. But then I stopped hearing from him. Fast forward to today and SIX months have gone by and he hasn't returned a call, email or text in months. It's a shame because I don't doubt this guy is a scooter wizard but sadly, he's massively unreliable and unresponsive. If he would have just told me he didn't have time to fix the bike, cool, no problem. Instead, he totally flaked out and burned me. Trust me, this guy will talk a good game but it's just not worth trying to work with him. There are other guys in Austin that will actually deliver what they promise."
